Inez Brinkley has written three books, two of which was previously published: Walking A Tightrope While Wearing Combat Boots and Embracing the Light. This is her third book and is a prequel to "Embracing the Light". She is working on the third "Light" series, "Joshua, God's Light in Darkness".
She is from New Orleans, Louisiana, but currently resides in West Monroe, Louisiana.
She is a registered nurse and a licensed and ordained minister. She has served in a ministry capacity for more than 25 years; formerly as a ministers’ wife in a Baptist Church. She is an accomplished teacher and speaker, and now co-pastors a Full Gospel Church
She is the recipient of several awards for poetry, and is published in the World Book of Poetry in four different editions.
She is the wife of Gerald Brinkley, pastor of The Father’s House Worship Center in West Monroe, La. Her poetry and words from the Lord can be seen at www.thefathershouseworshipcenter.org She has four children, who are married and have children of their own.
